2011 Vacation BIble School
was July 25-29, 2011
VBS 2011 details
Hometown Nazareth, where Jesus was a kid is a hands-on
Bible times village. Each day the kids kids can become part
of history as they see, hear, touch, and even taste what is
was like to live in Jesus' hometown. They'll explore
authentic marketplace shops, visit Jesus' mom, Mary, take
part n games, dance to lively Bible songs, and sample tasty
tidbits as they discover more about Jesus' childhood. These
experiences will make God's Word come alive with new
meaning for all who participate!
The kids will earn shekels for attending, bringing friends,
memorizing the Bible Verse at Synagogue School and by
supporting our "Clean Water for the African Children"
mission project. The town tax collector will be roaming the
village and trying to take more than his share of the
shekels. If the kids earn more shekels than the tax
collector at the end of the week... they will get to
baptize him in the dunk tank at the closing program on
Friday night!
The adventure took place July 25-29th. All three year olds
to going into 4th grade students are invited! It was an
